Refund policy

Returns
You can always return any items. In order for returns to be accepted, items must be in perfect condition. The items can be returned for refund within 15 days of the order’s delivery date. In case the reason for returning a product is due to a company’s error, we undertake to cover the cost of the product return. If the courier fails to deliver you the product, then the courier company undertakes the cost of return. If there was no technical problem and you would like to return your order for personal reasons, then you have to cover the shipping costs. 

Refunds
Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items undergo quality control and are being accepted. Refunds can only be remitted to the initial credit card, Paypal or bank account used for the order transaction. Processing time may vary depending on the bank or credit card company.
